2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TixGD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. The Service

TixGD is a Nigerian event ticketing and ticket design platform. It provides tools to create and share beautiful event tickets, manage and publish events, sell event tickets to buyers, and generate AI-powered ticket designs. Organiser earnings are paid out after events end, subject to platform fees as shown on the Pricing page.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating tickets.
• You may not use TixGD to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal tickets.
• You must verify your email address to access all platform features including purchasing event tickets.
• Event organisers are responsible for delivering the events they publish on TixGD.

5. Subscription & Billing

Standard and Premium plans are billed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from Settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Event Organisers

By creating and publishing an event on TixGD, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details including date, time, venue and ticket prices.
• Honour all tickets sold through TixGD for your event.
• Accept that TixGD deducts a platform fee from ticket sales before paying out earnings.
• Events moved to Trash are removed from public listings. Organisers can restore events within 30 days.

7. Ticket Limits

Each plan has a daily and monthly ticket creation limit as shown on the Pricing page. These limits are enforced automatically.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

TixGD reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent ticket creation or abuse of the platform.

8. Data Retention

Tickets and scan logs older than 60 days are automatically and permanently deleted. Deleted accounts are permanently purged after 14 days unless reactivated by logging back in.

9. Limitation of Liability

TixGD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of generated tickets.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TixGD after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
