• Technical Logs: Your IP address, which is used strictly for rate limiting, security monitoring, and fraud prevention..

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, manage, and secure your user account.
• To generate, deliver, and verify event tickets.
• To process subscription and ticket payments securely through Paystack.
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, abuse, or unauthorized access.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We minimize data retention to protect your privacy:

Event Data: Event Data: Tickets and verification records older than 60 days are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

Account Deletion: This will immediately log you out and schedule your account for deletion. Your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted after 14 days. Log back in at any time within that grace period to cancel the deletion and keep your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your information is shared only in the following circumstance.

Payment Processing: Payment details are shared with Paystack to complete your transactions. This data handling is governed directly by Paystack's Privacy Policy.
