1. Information We Collect

• Account data: full name, email, phone number, and a hashed (encrypted) password. Google sign-in users are identified by their Google account ID.
• Ticket data: event details you enter when creating tickets.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Paystack — TixGD never stores card details.
• Technical data: IP address, used only for rate limiting and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To generate and verify your tickets.
• To process subscription payments via Paystack.
• To prevent abuse through rate limiting and security monitoring.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Tickets and scan logs older than 60 days are automatically and permanently deleted. If you request account deletion from Settings, your account is deactivated and permanently erased after 14 days unless you log back in to cancel the request.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is shared only with Paystack to process transactions. If you sign in with Google, your name and email are received from Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All data inputs are sanitized server-side. Admin access is protected by two-factor authentication.

6. Your Rights

You can update your profile, change your password, or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Cookies

TixGD uses only essential session cookies required for login and security functionality. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Email Communications

TixGD sends transactional emails only — account verification codes, password reset codes, and ticket purchase confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional emails without your explicit consent.
