Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free automatically. No hidden charges.
What happens to my active tickets if I downgrade my plan?
Your existing tickets remain fully accessible until they expire. Each ticket is valid for 60 days from its creation date, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers. Downgrading your plan does not delete or restrict access to previously created tickets — they remain fully accessible until their 60-day expiry.
I need more than 300 tickets per month.
Premium users can request a custom monthly limit increase. Contact support and we will update your account manually — usually within a few hours.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. TixGD never stores your card details.
